DHI-WASY provides high-level software support given by experienced groundwater modelers.
Support is included in the license price for the first year. Later, a software maintenance agreement (SMA) is required.

Telephone support is available from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. CET/CEST (Monday through Thursday) and from 8:30 a.m. to 4.p.m. (Friday), except on public holidays in Germany.
