User Support

DHI-WASY provides high-level software support given by experienced groundwater modellers.

Support is included with the license price for the first year. Later, a service and maintenance agreement (SMA) is required.

Switchboard is manned every workday from about 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. CET/CEST (Central European Time/Central European Summer Time).
